Jackdaw bokeh

A Jackdaw rests upon a metal railing on Morecambe’s seafront, the Corvid’s black cap and dark grey plumage contrasting against the dashed, light grey bokeh of the waves as the tide ebbs back and forth.

*Shot on a Canon 70d 20.2mp dSLR camera using a Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM lens with camera settings at ISO-160, aperture at f/5.6, spot metering mode and an exposure time of 1/800 seconds*
