The National Grid hub at Heysham, Lancaster: its numerous power lines arc out and across the sky to supply electric to countless homes in Lancashire and Cumbria.

*Shot on a Canon 5d mk1 12mp dSLR using a Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 prime lens with settings at ISO-200, aperture at f/2.2, spot metering mode and an exposure time of 1/500 seconds*
