Quiet Cherub

Quiet Cherub

A chipped and flaking weather-worn Cherub lets all know to keep quiet in the presence of this cemetery’s resting souls and is so intent on shushing us, it is seemingly oblivious to the fact that the bowl balanced upon its shoulder is now empty except for a decaying, fallen leaf.

*Shot on a Panasonic Lumix LX3 10mp enthusiast compact camera with settings at ISO-80, aperture at f/2.8, spot metering mode and an exposure time of 1/640 seconds*
