Family day out at Hest Bank

A family and their dog enjoy a stroll across the golden sands at Hest Bank in Morecambe Bay, complete with the distant, undulating mountain peaks of the Lake District rising and crashing on the distant horizon of the Cartmel peninsula, high above Grange-over-Sands and the River Kent’s estuary.

*Shot on a Canon 70d 20.2mp dSLR using a Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 IS L lens with settings at ISO-100, aperture at f/4.5, spot metering mode and an exposure time of 1/1250 seconds*
