Dunsop valley
This photo is taken around two miles from the village of Dunsop Bridge, along Dunsop valley in the heart of the Forest of Bowland: it shows the River Dunsop’s coloured flow tumbling down its ‘Fish steps’, concrete additions placed by United Utilities to help any returning Salmon to navigate the tricky height rise, so they can reach their spawning grounds within their natal river.
*Shot on a Samsung S10+ 12mp phone camera with camera settings at ISO-50, aperture at f/2.2, centre-weighted metering mode and an exposure time of 1/1250 seconds*
